We protect other companies' data for a living, so we hold ourselves to the same standard. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, work email and company.
• Security signals from the systems you connect: sign ins, device health and mail metadata. We read message content only to check it for threats and do not keep it.
• Basic usage of the dashboard, to fix bugs and improve the product.

How we use it

Only to protect your company, run your account and send you the reports you asked for. We never sell personal data, never use it for advertising and never use your data to train models for anyone else.

Where it is stored

In the EU or the US, your choice, on encrypted servers (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Security signals are kept for the audit period of your plan and then deleted.

Your rights

You can see, export, correct or delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by writing to us. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
